Pixel Prix Privacy Policy

Proof Creatives provides Pixel Prix. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game or contact us for support.
Information stored on your device
Pixel Prix stores your career and game preferences locally on your device. This includes your chosen team and principal names, drivers, race results, contracts, upgrades, livery, settings, and career history.
You do not need to create an account or provide your real name to play. Team and principal names can be fictional.
We do not automatically upload your career to a Proof Creatives server or provide automatic career syncing between devices.
Save export and import
You can export your career as a save code and import it on another device.
When you choose Export save, the app copies the code to your clipboard. When you choose Paste from clipboard during an import, the app reads your clipboard to retrieve the code.
A save code contains career information, including the names you entered. Anyone you share it with may be able to read or import that information. Keep it somewhere you trust.
The app may retain a previous career locally as a recovery backup after you replace a career.
Support information
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. These may include device details, screenshots, recordings, or save codes.
We use this information to respond to you, investigate problems, and improve the game. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
Support correspondence is handled through our email service provider.
Purchases
The current testing version does not process paid Pro purchases.
When App Store purchases become available, Apple will handle payment processing. Proof Creatives will not receive your payment card number. We will update this policy before launch to describe the information used to verify and restore Pro access and any purchase service providers involved.
Advertising and analytics
The current app does not contain third-party advertising or third-party analytics services. We do not use the app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information.
Apple may process App Store, TestFlight, purchase, or diagnostic information under its own privacy policies and your device settings. Learn more at Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Information sharing
We do not share your locally stored career with third parties automatically.
Information you send for support may be processed by service providers needed to handle your request. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or protect our legal rights.
Retention and deletion
Your career and preferences remain on your device until replaced or removed. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading the app may retain that data.
Exported save codes and device backups may remain wherever you stored them. You control those copies and can delete them separately.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to address requests, maintain relevant support records, and meet legal obligations.
You may email thomas@proofcreatives.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent us. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
Pixel Prix does not require players to submit personal information to Proof Creatives to play.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Website visits
This policy covers the Pixel Prix app and related support communications. Visiting the Proof Creatives website may involve separate website hosting, logging, or cookie practices. Those practices should be described in the website’s privacy notice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
